Our tournament thrives because of dedicated volunteers like you! Whether you’re a golf enthusiast or just looking to lend a helping hand, we have a variety of positions to suit all interests and abilities.
With a lively group of ~250 volunteers, you’ll have a blast being part of this exciting event and helping out in a big way.

Volunteer Roles
Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a newcomer to the fairway, there’s a role tailored just for you!
Our volunteers are asked to commit to at least two shifts, each typically ranging from 4-6 hours. Some shifts might be a bit longer, depending on the role, but we promise every minute will be worth it!
Event Operations and Logistics
Tournament Operations (Setup / Tear Down)
Responsible for organising and managing tournament logistics, including setting up and dismantling equipment.
Volunteer Services
Coordinates and supports volunteers during the event.
Player Services
Assists players with their needs during the tournament.
Player Transportation
Manages transportation arrangements for players. *This role may require more than two shifts.
Practice Facilities
Oversees practice areas for players.
Admissions/Parking
Handles entry and parking logistics for attendees.
Safety and Environment
Water Crew / Health & Safety
Ensures hydration and safety measures for participants.
Waste Collection (Ecology)
Manages waste disposal and promotes eco-friendly practices.
Security
Maintains safety and security during the event.
On-Course Operations
Starters, Marshals, Spotters
Guides players and maintains pace of play on the course.
Sand & Seed
Maintains sand bunkers and divot repair.
Scoring Central
Manages scoring and updates leaderboards.
Driving Distance
Measures driving distances for players.
Communication and Support
Leaderboard Operators
Updates and maintains live leaderboards.
Walking Scorers
Records player scores while walking alongside them.
Standard Bearers
Carries signs displaying player scores.
